Pink Iguanas Discovered

Scientists have discovered a new iguana species! These iguanas are unusual because they have pink skin.

The pink iguanas only live on the Wolf volcano, located on the Galápagos island of Isabela, off the coast of Ecuador. The future of this species is also in question. Their population is quite small. Scientists think that cats introduced to the island may be eating the baby iguanas.

    Sweet! One of the few animals that are pink! I wonder if there are animals that are pale blue, or even lime green? That would ROCK!! :O)

    It looks like something tried to eat it, but didn’t like what they where eating:) and it looks like its attacked and not really that pink, and it looks like an eel with a fat fish body.

    that’s cool I wonder if some igauna’s are bright red?
    or even have some that are rainbow colored ? If so then I would like to have one as a pet

    I think pink iguanas acool kind of lizards becuase they are very big and they are many different colors
