This looks wicked cool! I will most definitely enter this contest! Though what about the HOEC contest? You can’t win both, hmmmmmmmmmmm. I will have to think about it. Well I will look into it. Reading and writing is totally cool! I love a book I read called Faith and the Electric Dogs! It was an amazing story, combined with love and trust, it’s really touching!

I just sent one in on Ender’s Game — it’s an older book, but one of my favorites so please don’t copy the idea… I’m in high school, so I tried to write it as comprehensively and concisely as possible. Still I’m only 13, and I really would like to be one of the Dog-Eared Bloggers. If I do win, my name is Mairen. Vote for me if I get through! Good luck everyone and do your best!

Plus, 250 words is so little! I was over 1000 in the first version, so I had to cut a lot of the content. How can anyone write a decent book review in 250 words or less? Mine was EXACTLY 250 words.

On second thought, maybe I won’t. I had a really good book to review, a really long one called White Fang by Jack London. It’s a classic!

Anyone who is halfway literate knows who wrote White Fang… and don’t think about using it because if you get even one little detail wrong, a lot of people will be after you. White Fang is a great book, I’ll admit, but maybe you would want to use something that not a lot of people have heard of.
