GeoBee State Finalists Announced

The 2010 National Geography Bee state competitions were held on Friday, April 9. The winners of the state GeoBees have been announced and are listed here! The finalists will travel to Washington, D.C. to compete in the finals on May 25-26 at National Geographic headquarters.

    What are we supposed to comment on? Where is tough issue? Saying “That is so cool. I wish I was one of those kids” Is not going to cut it. I like this blog but most of the time nobody comments because there is nothing to say. Grading on how the Pres. Obama was one of the best blogs because of different opinions. What do you say about this topic?

    Hi! it is me again. Because this is a news blog shouldn’t there hard topics to talk about like healthcare? Do not get me wrong I am a HUGE fan for this blog, but I wish there were more things to talk about beside animals. Do you agree or disagree. Comment and explain why. :]

    Ok, escape2books…calm down. I see your point,but keep in mind that NG kids are mostly about protecting animals and nature. If you are bored and want something else, try a different website. I hope this advice helps…
