BOOK NAME: Lawn Boy Returns

This is the sequel to Lawn Boy, which was about a 12-year-old boy who just wanted to buy an inner tube for his bike so he used his grandpa’s mower to mow people’s lawns and ended up starting his own mowing company that makes a lot of money.

This book is about what happens next: tax difficulties, employee problems, fake relatives who want his money, and lots more.

The biggest problem is that Joey Pow, the boxer who Lawn Boy sponsors, beats a boxer by the name of Bruiser Bulk. Upset with how the match ended, some angry fans and Bruiser then start threatening to hassle Lawn Boy’s Grandma and Joey Pow. So Lawn Boy and his company come up with a plan to make enough trouble to get Bruiser and his fans to leave them alone. What happens next is very fun to read.

I really liked this book. It was easy to read and I was laughing my head off at certain parts. My favorite part was when Lawn Boy’s Grandma punched someone in the kidney, because that’s not something you see every day, at least not from my own Grandmas.

i have the first book, which is like 2 pages long, and it really stinks. at least the chapter i read of it. i bought it for a school competetion, but someone else on my team was unfortunate enough to HAVE to read it. it has an unadventurous plotline which is boring and this book wounds weird. if u want a good read, get THE PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS SERIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEST SERIES EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I read the first book and now it is one of my favorite books!So im sure that this one will be really good to!

Yes the Lightning Thief series IS very good, but there are many other good books out there too.

Don’t worry- believe it or not, I read other books!
I just started the Fellowship of the Rings. I tried to read it a while ago but wasn’t interested; thought i’d give it another chance. Many people say that JRR Tolkien had good ideas but was a bad author, others say that he was a good author with bad ideas, but all of those people said, however, that they didn’t really like epics, that they were more into realistic or non-fiction. So could I get some 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or even 5th opinions from people who DO like fiction and epics?

I have read both books i think they are both really good.Like Lawn Boy Returns the best,because like you do not want to put it down you have to keep reading like you have to know what happens next
