Wow 100 billion plastic bags? That’s a LOT. It’s about time when people think twice before using plastic bags. This poor cat over here has no where to hide and it hid in a plastic bag thrown away? That is sad. I think everyone, as in EVERYONE, should start using their own plastic bag or don’t use it at all. This picture just makes me think about my own cat.
