Ride, Don’t Drive!

Riding your bike instead of taking the family car for a quick trip can really help save the Earth! 
Cars release carbon dioxide (CO2) into the air, increasing the amount of greenhouse gases that cause environmental problems like global warming, pollution, and more. Transportation is responsible for one-third of these CO2 emissions in America. So, ask your parents if you can try riding your bikes instead of taking the family car on your next drive. You’ll reduce CO2 emissions and get some great exercise, too!

    good idea to put hats on their bikes while their away! being sarcastick! :) it isnt good to keep your hats on your bikes they can get stolen! what if they are a memory of someone?:{

    that would be bad if it was ! especially if it was the only memory you had of them.

    bit off of the subject now ! the hats are very colourful, they just need to be a bit more careful about what they are doing though.

    Really goo idea I try to get my parents to go biking places now. They say there are too many cars and it’s too dangerous.

    Nice! I just got a new bike 2 weeks ago! But, sadly , they dont let us ride them to school because of the safety issues!

    I’ve been in England for 1 whole year, and for Christmas me and my siblings each got a bike! In America, our street was so quiet without any cars, I could ride my bike in the middle of the road! LOVE BIKING!:-)

    My parents only let me ride in the park. I try 2 explain biking is good 4 the environment, but my family doesn’t listen. It’s good 2 hear that other kids agree!

    your right i went on a 11 mile bike ride a few days ago it is so nice to feel the air going though your hair and good exersise x

    I believe this is a really great idea because it can help the earth by not polluting it as much and it can also give u exercise!!! And hopefully no one steals those hats, the person could have like lice or something. eww…
