This is a story about big changes for Ramona, her family and the Kemps, their neighbors. Ramona's mom is going to have a baby, she no longer has to go to the babysitter after school and there is going to be a wedding, only no one knows it yet.
Ramona's mom is going to have another baby and is feeling really tired and needs a little extra help. Her sister, Ramona's Aunt Bea, is coming to help out. At around the same bout the same time, a new visitor comes to the Ramona's neighbor's house. It is their Uncle Hobart. Howie, Ramona's neighbor, had told her that her Uncle Hobart had a lot of money. But when he drives up in a muddy van, wearing old jeans and a faded T-shirt, Ramona was surprised because she thought Uncle Hobart would arrive in a limousine and be dressed in nice clothes. Anyway, a very strange thing happens. Aunt Bea and Uncle Hobart actually know each other. While they are both living in the same neighborhood, they decide to get married.
On the wedding day, the ring that Aunt Bea is giving Hobart gets lost. Everybody goes crazy looking for it because the wedding can't go on without it. It's a lot of fun to follow Ramona as she looks for it. This was the best Ramona book because it has a lot of action and excitement.

I read ramona books before. They were good, but im too old for them now.(i am 12)
I have read all the Ramona books and I LOVE them!! Ramona is a very funny girl. I think it's cool how Howie got a unicycle. I SOOOO want a unicycle! They are very cool. Yes, I am a nerd. LOL. :)

i have read some of Beverly Cleary's books but i have not read this one but it sounds so interesting o think i might check it out in my libary at school.
it was my favorit Ramona book when i was little
heeey i want a unicycle too! except for the fact that i have no sense of balance. anyhew i think i read one ramona book...the one where she cracks a raw egg on her forehead? and i read one where they go to get their hair cut by a pro. maybe that was the same one...i dunno.
Yuck I don't like these books anymore I'm too old for them(I'm 10.)
My friend Sydney said that she reads those books. She read me the back of one, and it doesn't sound like my kind of book. I'm not saying that you shouldn't, I'm just saying it's not my type of book.
They are making a movie of Ramona and Beezus! I read the whole series! Luvd it!!
I liked this series when i was younger.The movie they are making (Ramona and Beezus) stars Selena Gomez.
