The first recipe I tried was for Eggstraordinary Scrambled Eggs. We followed the recipe but then put cheese on top at the end, which made it taste even better. The other recipe was for Holiday Gingerbread muffins. This one took much longer than the eggs to make and it was much harder. I made these for my Cub Scouts den meeting and everyone there liked them. Everyone had at least two. The muffins kind of tasted like gingerbread men except without the frosting. I would definitely make the muffins again.
Besides recipes, the cookbook has Playful Chef Skill pages that tell how to do different things that are important for being a chef, like how to whisk and how to work as a team in the kitchen. I think this book has tons of good recipes, including Chinese New Year Fortune Cookies and The World's Fluffiest Pancakes. I plan to try all of the recipes and you should too.

Dear Parker,
Do you like black pepper on your eggs? I do! Do you eat your eggs with toast or pancakes? I like pancakes. Once I made spaghetti with my mom. She told me to wash my hands. I just rinsed them off with water. No one died!!! I think I'll ask my mom to get this book for me.

I love cooking! :) I have this book on SUPER-COOL ways to decorate cupcakes, and it's really awesome!
You wash your hands so you don't kill whoever eats your food. It's important if you have been picking your nose all day, like Sandra does. I don't like cooking, but I like to eat good cooking. Make me some muffins.
i love to cook that cookbook sounds cooooool!
My favorite thing to cook is cookies, for obvious reasons. *evil laugh*
I love cooking! I'm hoping to get better at it, though. I'll see if that book is at the library.
that sounds like a very good book
One thing: I DON'T KNOW HOW TO COOK! I don't know anything about cooking! Not even a sandwich! Oh well. :-I
