AUTHOR: J.K. Rowling
There are five stories in the whole book. Here is a look at three of my favorites. In the story called The Fountain of Fair Fortune there were three witches that were seeking the fountain of glory and they each needed it for different reasons.
In the story Babbitty Rabbitty and her Crackling Stump a foolish king wanted power all by himself. He gets magic lessons from a fake sorcerer then he decides to have a magic show in front of his people.
In the last story The Tale of Three Brothers, which was my favorite, three brothers each wish for three objects: an invisibility cloak, a rock to bring back the dead and a wand of more power than anything imaginable.
I will have to rate this four out of five. This book is good for people who like the whole Harry Potter series and fantasy stories like those. Write back and give me a story topic that you think J.K Rowling should use if she were to make more of these types of stories.

I don't want to read Harry Potter, but my mom wants me to. I said I didn't want to read this either, but I'll tell her I'll try it.
Those are truly wonderful tales sure to become as classic as "Cinderella" in the future. You have my thanks for posting this entry.
I agree with you about the four out of five, the Dumbledore thing wasn't quite as intersting as I'd hoped, bu I assure you I derived some answers from it for very nagging questions.
i think the book stunk
On my list!
i love tales of beedle the bard its really cool
Ah, another spin off book from the famous J. K. ROWLING. I can hardly wait to find this book at the public library!
J. K. ROWLING has made herself a magical world full of belief and wonder, I'm expecting she will take use of this world for many books soon to come!
I like the Harry Potter series, but im not sure if i whant to read this book. Ill give it a try.
i am going 2 read it.
I've got this book too! I really like the stories (although I skipped the comments after the stories!).
I want to read all of them but I cant find the fourth one. I love them!

I've read it it is soooooooooooo cool!
I love Harry Potter and have prctical finished the series any body who's anybody should read Harry Potter!!!!!! I love Harry Potter!!!!!!
I agree with you I loved the book but thought
that dumbuldor was boring at times but he explained
pretty well
ALL OF THE HARRY POTTER BOOKS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!! This one was especially good because it was bedtime stories. Who doesn't like bedtime stories? I also liked how she mentioned the book in the 7th.
oh i have this book! 'tis very cool. some of them are kinda creeeepy, but worth it. i like the one with the magic well, and the one with the warlock's hairy heart. that one was FREAKY.
i agree with musemagfan13
I agree with most of you... the stories were good. Creepy, but good. I didn't enjoy Dumbledore's commentary- in fact I skipped over it. The problem with it, for me atleast, was how long it was- it was way too long. If it was shortened to a page or a page and a half, that would be okay.
Hey,
It is DogEared blogger Jordan. I can see why some of you thought that the Dumbledore part was boring but I don't think that it should be a reason NOT to read a great book. Skip over that part if you have to. Keep on reading my blogs because i have few more coming outr that I think you might like!
JORDAN
I LOVE THE HARRY POTTER SERIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The 3rd one is the best![The Tales of Beetle the Bard is 2nd]
I've read this book and it is AWESOME!!!!!!! I have some things to say about it though. You should refrain from reading THE WARLOCK'S HAIRY HEART if you get scared easily. And I skipped over the commentary by Dumbledore, as blogger Jordan hinted. But I highly recommend the entire Harry Potter series to anyone (who's up for a 600 page read!). But read the books before you watch the movies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ive read every book.even tails of beedle the bard
I've read one of the storys in there and I thought it was really good. I think I might start the second one sometime soon.
I have a friend who has that. Sula358, I agree with you.
i got this book a day before it came out and loved it. i am a BIG fan of harry potter and have read every book at least 4 times.this book first appeared in book 7, the last in the series. J.K. Rowling could have left out the whole Dumbledore commentary, in my opinion. either way you read it, great book. and a good follow-up to the awesome series.
I am a big fan of Harry Potter series, the 13th Reality series, and the Mysterious Benedict Society series. I loved this book and I have to rate it 4 stars out of 5. The Dumbledore commentary was a little boring.
I have not read this. I tryed Qudditch thrugh the ages and want to try it again. I will try this when I finish my other book.
I have NO INTEREST in the HARRY POTTER SERIES in my opinion it STUNK IT REALLY STUNK!!
PEACE OUT
It's interesting because Hermione Granger mentioned this book a lot in the series and she ended up getting it in the seventh book. I was always wondering what the story Babbity Rabbity and the hopping pot was about. When I read this book, it was great (except for dumbledore's review.) I think that although the book was cool, I would prefer the Harry Potter series. :)
i think the seventh book was the best.
