BOOK NAME: Fudge-a-mania

This book is about two families that live in New York City, the Hatchers and Tubmans. The parents from each family like each other but the kids from each family do NOT like each other. The parents of the families decide to go to Maine for the summer. The kids think they are going live in houses next door to each other, like neighbors. This would be bad enough, but they actually have to live in the SAME house for the summer.
The main person in the story is Peter. He is the oldest kid in the Hatcher family and Fudge (not his real name) is the youngest. Sheila is the youngest kid in the Tubman family. Sheila and Peter are enemies. This makes for a lot of trouble during summer vacation. What makes it even harder is that Peter and Sheila are both given the job of taking care of Fudge during the summer and Fudge is a lot of work!
But it goes from bad to worse when Grandpa Tubman (Sheila's grandpa) and Grandma Hatcher (Peter and Fudge's grandma) decide to get married. This means Peter and Sheila, although they are sworn enemies, are now related and in the same family. But they made a promise that even though they are related, they will always hate each other!
I really liked this book. I tried to read it all at one time, but my parents told me I had stop reading and turn off my light since it was a school night!

I've read this book more than once, and I always laugh at Fudge(aka Farley Drexle Hatcher :P) This book rocks!

I have read this book when I was younger and I thouroughly enjoyed it. I think that it's a very good read for a young person looking for a laugh

oh i read this! fudge rocks, sheila rocks, and peter rocks! (ha ha: fudge rocks sounds like an ice cream flavor.) man if fudge was my brother, i don't know what i'd do. peter needs a hug. if my name was farley, i'd go by "fudge", too. oh hey isn't sheila tubman the main character in "Sheila the Great"?

Amazing book. read the whole series at least 5 times. i read like 8 hours a day and i know a good book when i read one. and this is definetely a good book!

When I started to read this book I could'nt stop. Hey Jordan try this sereis it is call the "Twilight Saga" here sereis the list of the whole sereis(aka "saga")
1. "Twilight"- You can get on DVD now
2. "New Moon"- the movie is coming out on 11-20-09
3. "Eclispe"- I am reading that one right now
4. "Breaking Dawn"- That is the last book and it is a big book!!!!!!

I've read two in the fudge seires. I read Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing and Super Fudge. From What I've read, I think that all the rest of the books will be as good as the other ones. They are sooooo funn!

I am listening to an audio book in the Fudge series. It is called tales of a fourth grade nothing. I might try to get the books for the rest of the Fudge series if I like it.
