Glowing Animals Gallery

What makes animals glow? Some of them, like jellyfishes and scorpions, glow under ultraviolet lights because of naturally occurring proteins or other materials. Other animals, such as monkeys or puppies, glow because scientists have added new proteins into their DNA. The glowing mice in the photo above received DNA with the glowing protein from their father.

COOL!!!!

Cuite Mice. But why make them night lights? I thought you wanted them out of your house!!!! ;)

I think that is just mean and crule because they
are more likely to die early........... gross, mean,
you want to nice to animals take a stand against
this...................

!!!!!!!!!!ggggrrrroooossssssss!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with you why do that if you want them out of your house=)

they are so cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

chelly i agree but u have to admit that they are cute

chelly I have to agree with you

that is relly relly relly relly ward

That is so awesome. How do you do that stuff.

thats just cruel thats like animal testing! >:|

lolz.... it would be easyer to spot them if thay were pests in your house but if i were someone who loves animals i would capture it and use it as a pet ........ Sooooooooooo Cutttttttee!!!!!!

I'm with chelly about one part, yes it is a little cruel, but how could it harm them? If anybody knows just send a coment. But i'm also with caitlovesanimals. It would be easier to find'em in your house. As much as I hate mice being in my house, I really really REALLY hate seing dead ones. Most of the time they die becuse they're eaten by cats.Maybe if they glowed, it would freak cats out and they wouldn't eat them.

Now you can see if your house is infested with mice. Just turn off the light!!!!
